I’ve spent much of my career in roles centered around responsibility, care, and trust. Before starting this business, I worked extensively in both residential and commercial caretaking environments, as well as in the care sector supporting individuals with cognitive disabilities and complex needs.

In those roles, I was responsible for maintaining safe, structured, and well-managed environments — often under strict expectations and with a strong focus on consistency, attentiveness, and follow-through.

Alongside this work, I also spent years in caregiving and nanny roles, where reliability, calm problem-solving, and attention to detail were essential every day.
